Cancellation policy

This policy applies where a product is offered with a purchase option — such as a subscription, pre-order or other deferred purchase — at lacalut.com.au, operated by LACALUT® Australia (Smartek Labs Pty Ltd, ABN 86 628 313 539).

Cancelling a Subscription

If you have an active subscription, you can cancel it at any time before your next renewal by contacting us at [email protected] with your order number, or through your account if subscription management is enabled. Cancelling stops future orders and charges. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may be returned under our Refund Policy.

Cancelling a Pre-Order or Deferred Purchase

If you have placed a pre-order or other deferred purchase that has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund by emailing [email protected] with your order number before the item is dispatched.

Refunds

Any refund owed on a cancelled purchase option is issued to your original payment method in line with our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
