This Shipping Policy explains how LACALUT® Australia (Smartek Labs Pty Ltd, ABN 86 628 313 539) processes and delivers orders placed at lacalut.com.au.

Where We Ship

We ship Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse.

Shipping Rates

Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are usually picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Peak periods (such as Christmas and sale events) may also add time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier's website.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we are not able to offer a free replacement or a refund of the original shipping cost. We can re-send the order once you pay a new shipping fee.

Delays Outside Our Control

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, industrial action or other circumstances outside our control. We will always help you chase a delayed parcel — just contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything has arrived damaged, or an item is missing, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
