LACALUT® Challenge — Terms & Conditions
The LACALUT® Challenge (“the Challenge”) is run by Smartek Labs Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). It runs in two forms depending on the product — a Money-Back Guarantee and, for LACALUT® Herbal, a Taste-Swap Guarantee. By taking part you agree to these terms.
- Eligibility: Open to first-time LACALUT Australia customers only — you must use a new email address and a new shipping address. Limit one claim per household.
- The Challenge: Use the product daily for 14 consecutive days. Claims can only be made after the 14-day period is complete.
- Money-Back Guarantee: For eligible products, if you’re not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of delivery — and keep the product.
- Herbal Taste-Swap Guarantee: For LACALUT® Herbal, the guarantee is a free swap, not a cash refund. If you don’t love the taste after completing the 14-day test, we’ll swap it free for another LACALUT product of equal value — and you keep the original tube. Cash refunds do not apply to the Herbal Taste Test.
- How to claim: Email [email protected] with your order number after completing the 14-day test.
- Exclusions: Wholesale, reseller and bulk orders are excluded. Existing/repeat customers are not eligible. We may decline duplicate, fraudulent or abusive claims.
- Availability: Australian orders only. We may vary or withdraw the Challenge at any time; changes do not affect claims already validly made.
These terms are additional to our standard Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
